We are currently looking for a HR Data & Systems Analyst (Part-Time) to join our UK HR Department based at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK).

The purpose of the role is to support the HR function through the ongoing maintenance, development, and implementation of HR systems and data across the complete employee lifecycle. This role ensures accurate, real-time information (including Time & Attendance) is readily available, while delivering actionable Management Information (MI) to HR Managers through detailed data analysis and reporting.

Starting Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 FTE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (20-30 hours)

Key responsibilities include:

  • Data Integrity & Auditing: Conduct regular audits, exception reporting, and reconciliation to safeguard data accuracy across business systems; recommend process improvements or corrective actions where gaps are identified.
  • Data Management: Perform data entry, cleansing, imports, and exports using system tools to ensure all records remain up-to-date and reliable.
  • Project Support & Delivery: Lead and support HR system configuration changes for special projects, ensuring updates are executed on time and effectively communicated to HR teams.
  • Process Enhancement & Coaching: Drive systems improvement initiatives forward, delivering coaching and training to colleagues on system implementations and best practices.
  • General Support: Perform additional operational or administrative duties as reasonably required.
  • Access Control & Configuration: Manage permissions and settings across HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Recruitment platforms to ensure appropriate user access rights.
  • API & System Integration: Monitor and troubleshoot existing HR system APIs, developing new integrations as needed to support continuous process improvement.
  • Vendor Management: Serve as a point of contact for external software providers to resolve technical issues and drive platform enhancements.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience working with system integrations (APIs) is essential
  • Practical familiarity with Python, VS Code, GitHub, and Google Cloud services
  • Strong proficiency in advanced Excel and statistical analysis techniques
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical acumen, and business process knowledge
  • Solid understanding of data protection legislation and compliance best practices
  • Prior experience working within an HR environment is desirable
  • High degree of flexibility with a proactive problem-solving approach
  • Willingness and availability to travel to offices outside the UK if required (desirable)
