This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our dynamic Production team at our Head office based in Steeton, West Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is looking to contribute to a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Salary: £27,250

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders from internal departments
  • Produce delivery notes and track information for shipments.
  • Ordering stock when required
  • Liaising with internal departments about orders and lead times
  • Taking phone calls from suppliers, delivery companies and internal departments
  • Manage the booking process for all incoming goods to the factory.
  • Assist the shipping department as needed.
  • Perform filing, photocopying, and manage general correspondence.

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Be able to confidently and calmly communicate at all levels
  • Analytical and Problem Solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
