Customer Service Team Supervisor (Installations)

This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We are currently looking for an Installation Supervisor to join our UK Installation Department based at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK).

The purpose of this role is to effectively supervise the UK Installations Department.

Type of Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Starting Salary: £29,500 per annum (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitor daily, weekly and monthly tasks are completed within required timescales.
  • Manage resources to support the planning team to achieve targets
  • Monitor and manage the performance of installation office and field.
  • Identify training needs and arrange additional support or development opportunities.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with all Installation Coordinators and all field based employees.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor installations, repairs, and maintenance work.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong IT and systems knowledge.
  • Good geographical knowledge to support efficient job allocation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supervising or managing operational teams.
  • Experience handling customer complaints and escalations.
  • Experience managing performance and conducting disciplinary processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
