We are looking for a Senior Videographer who blends raw creativity with strategic polish to produce standout content for a globally established consumer brand.

This is a brand-new, highly impactful role based at our Head Office in Steeton, West Yorkshire. You’ll have the creative freedom to shape our content strategy from the ground up, travel for authentic on-site shoots, and play a pivotal role in taking our brand to the next level.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours

  • Trend Jacking: Spot emerging digital trends early and pivot them into relevant, high-performing brand content.
  • End-to-End Execution: Own the full creative lifecycle—from filming and editing to final publishing. (Note: Our focus is on video-first channels like YouTube and Facebook, not LinkedIn).
  • Team Collaboration: Bring your unique creative perspective to our in-house marketing team to elevate our overall strategy.
  • Gear Management: Maintain and manage company-provided video, audio, and lighting equipment.
  • Brand Integrity: Ensure every asset reinforces our brand authority, trust, and premium reputation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Autonomy: A self-starter capable of planning, shooting, editing, and publishing content independently.
  • Technical Toolkit: Proficiency with editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, and/or Final Cut Pro) and hands-on experience setting up cameras, lighting, and audio gear for live/location shoots.
  • Workflow Ready: Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and Office for team collaboration and project management.
  • Agility: Highly organized, able to multitask, and ready to pivot quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Bonus Points: Basic graphic design skills are a plus, but not a dealbreaker.
  • Flexibility: Willing and eager to travel as required by content schedules.
