Returns Operative

This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We are seeking a reliable Returns Operative to become part of our team at our Factory located in ShipleyWest Yorkshire. In this role, you will ensure all stock returns are accurate and processed in a timely manner.

Working Hours: 40 Hours shift rota - 7:00am - 3:30pm & 1:30pm - 10:00pm

Hourly Rate: £13.35

Key Responsibilities :

  • Check stock return statuses on the system to ensure correct stock has been assigned
  • Make outbound phone calls to stock return system users to clarify missing/incorrect information
  • Investigate stock return discrepancies on customer's accounts
  • Correct incorrect returns on the system to ensure system accuracy
  • Process the stock returns accordingly (physically and systematically)
  • Chase outstanding returns with relevant departments
  • Communicate feedback to Managers
  • Assist with physically moving stock and arranging it in order for quick processing
  • Assist with stock takes for leavers and QC department

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Good Communication
  • Warehouse experience (advantageous)
  • Stock take experience (advantageous)
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Must be a team player
  • Have experience of health and safety procedures
  • Have a good eye for detail and quality
