Administrator (Factory)

This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our dynamic Production team at our Head office based in Steeton, West Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is looking to contribute to a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Salary - £27,250

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal staff requests and track stock orders from start to finish.
  • Create delivery notes and monitor shipments to ensure they arrive on time.
  • Act as the main contact between departments and suppliers to check deadlines and fix order issues.
  • Handle the booking-in process for all deliveries arriving at the factory.
  • Manage phone calls and emails from delivery companies and internal teams.
  • Support the shipping department with filing, scanning, and general office tasks.

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Be able to confidently and calmly communicate at all levels
  • Analytical and Problem Solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
