At Acorn, we’re seeking a motivated and dependable Installation Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll represent our trusted brand, installing life-changing stairlifts in customers’ homes with professionalism, care, and exceptional quality.

We are specifically looking for candidates based in Dundee, Perth and Kirkcaldy.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Install stairlifts in customers’ homes across the UK.
  • Collect materials from our factory or mobile stock points.
  • Perform on-site repairs or adjustments where needed.
  • Support logistics and stock processes as required.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while representing Acorn professionally.

What You’ll Need:

  • You have a full, UK driving licence.
  • You are honest, reliable, and an excellent communicator, able to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
  • You have a willingness to travel and work away from home, ready to explore new places.
  • A background in mechanical or installation work is a plus, but not required—we'll teach you everything you need to know.

Please note: A Criminal Records Bureau check will be carried out for the successful candidate.
