Customer Service Installations Coordinator

This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We are currently looking for an Installations Coordinator to join our Customer Service Department at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK).

Type of Contract: Full Time

Starting Salary: £12.40 P/H increase to be reviewed after probation period passed (+ up to £2400 per year in KPI related incentives)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (Saturdays on a rota 1 in 5)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phone and dealing with customer queries in order to provide excellent customer service
  • Liaising with customers to arrange installations of their stairlift ensuring a smooth and efficient installation
  • Liaising daily with the Acorn Engineers to arrange appointments and accommodation etc.
  • Inputting data on to customers records to ensure that customer records are kept up to date at all times
  • Carrying out general administration duties

Skills and Experience required:

  • Previous experience within a similar role would be an advantage
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good IT and keyboard skills
  • An outgoing and friendly manner is essential
  • Good UK geographical knowledge (desirable)
