Sales Advisor (Extended Warranties)

This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We are currently looking for a Sales Advisor to join our UK Sales Aftercare Department based at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK).

The purpose of this role is to sell a variety of aftercare products to our customers.

Salary: £12.70 P/H Basic (£40,000 - £43,000 realistic OTE)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm, 1 in 6 Saturdays on a rota.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Outbound calling customers to sell a variety of Aftercare products.
  • Actively promote the advantages of having an aftercare package to customers, highlighting the features and benefits and handle objections.
  • Dealing with inbound calls from customers, assisting them with their queries and renew/sell cover where applicable.
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales targets and KPI’s.
  • Ensuring customer records are maintained and correct.
  • Taking payments securely from customers and record sales on the system.
  • Liaising with the customer service team when necessary and ensure that customers are dealt with efficiently.
  • Working with other members of the team in a positive and supportive manner.
