ASA Sales Team Leader

This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Team Leader to join our ASA Sales team based at our headquarters in Steeton, West Yorkshire.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £50,000 - £52,000 OTE

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Motivating and inspiring team members by encouraging a positive and collaborative environment to achieve sales goals and targets, setting clear expectations.
  • Evaluating team results and identifying areas of under-performance, acting to correct this. 
  • Providing guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Producing and presenting weekly KPI's to management, highlighting the strengths, weaknesses, training plans and expectations. 
  • Performing monthly reviews with each team member, assessing performance for the previous month and setting expectations for the next.
  • Effectively delegating tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure efficient workload distribution.
  • Assisting with implementing team incentives to improve performance in key areas.
  • Maintaining open and effective communication with team members, other departments, and management.
  • Ensuring company policies and procedures are upheld.

  • Previous experience of coaching and training
  • Computer literate
