In this role, you’ll follow up with customers who didn’t purchase a stairlift during their initial survey, providing expert guidance and closing the sale.

Type of Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £26,416 P/A basic (£42,000 OTE uncapped)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays, late shift on a rota.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Follow up on Canvas Surveyor appointments (28 days post survey) with perspective customers to overcome objections and sell stairlifts
  • Diarise potential customers so that they receive regular follow up calls relevant to their stage in their enquiry and build a pipe line
  • Implement the Acorn Sales process in order to build rapport and gather information to help achieve a sale.
  • Accurately feedback lost sale information to help future improvements.
  • Represent the company with utmost professionalism, providing the customer with relevant and accurate information.

  • High Level of Sales Closing skills.
  • Self Motivated.
  • Work well in a team environment.
  • Good telephone manner
  • Ambition and drive.
  • Ability to pass on relevant sales skills.
