Administrator (Part-Time)

This is a Permanent, Part Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

The Vacancy

We are currently looking for an Administrator to join our Operations Admin Team in Steeton, West Yorkshire.

Salary: £11.60 P/H
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (25 hours), between the hours of 9am - 2pm

Key Responsibilities Include:

Process all Acorn UK and French Service Engineers/Installers wages and expenses
Book all UK and French Engineers/Installers travel and accommodation requirements
Book all travel into and out of the UK for all office and field staff
Arrange and process all petty cash requests
Assist with new starter induction process
Perform general administration duties to ensure the smooth running of the Service Department
Create work reports and letters for customers (as requested)
Supply all field and office staff with stationary
Supply and order all uniforms/company ID/required tools
Keep Logistics team up to date with all field staff holidays/sickness
Running of Acorn Achievers

Skills and Experience:

Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent computer skills
Must have had previous experience working within an administration environment
Ability to work alone or as part of the team
