The Vacancy
Due to continued success and growth of the business, we are currently looking for a Production Cell Leader to join our Factory Team in Shipley.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
Hourly Rate: £12.20 P/H
Key Responsibilities Include:
Communicate with the supervisors and packers over the course of the day regarding packing priorities
Daily counts of raw material rails
Ensure all paperwork is filled in clearly and accurately
Ensure rails are made to a good standard before they are packed
Ensure pallets are safely banded and stacked once complete
Ensure safe working practices are adhered to throughout the department
Complete Performance Reviews with staff
